British Quad. Arrived rolled and missing top right corner. Measured 30"x40" exactly before washing and linen backing. Poster has a satin finish on both recto and verso. |
| Washed and de-acidified with water, mounted to a substrate of Masa paper and cotton duck canvas. Missing corner was replaced using a similar vintage paper stock. Corner was then airbrushed using water-soluble acrylic paint to match surrounding paper color.
Handling and wear damage was restored using colored pencil.
Due to expansion caused by water absorption, poster measures after linen backing: 30 1/2"x40 1/16". |
