UK Quad 1967 British Quad "Style B" (or "Little Nellie") movie poster for the iconic James Bond film You Only Live Twice, starring Sean Connery.
The artwork prominently features Bond flying the heavily armed Wallis WA-116 Agile autogyro nicknamed "Little Nellie" amidst an aerial battle sequence. Created primarily by renowned artist Frank McCarthy (with additional graphic elements and figure work often attributed to Robert McGinnis), this specific horizontal layout (30" x 40") was created exclusively for UK cinema displays. It is widely considered one of the most highly sought-after and collectible poster designs from the Connery era of the 007 franchise. |
