Design and Origin
Characters: The border features various Guinness-associated animals and Alice in Wonderland characters, including Alice, the Mad Hatter, bears, toucans, kangaroos, pelicans, lions, and lemurs. Many are depicted pulling on ropes or balancing glasses of Guinness.
Origin: These cards were originally printed in the 1950s by Sanders Phillips & Co. in London.
Slogans: The card includes the classic advertising slogan "Had your Guinness today?" at the bottom.
