Plot Summary
The film follows Slip Mahoney (Leo Gorcey) as he tries to help his cousin Jimmy (Frankie Darro), an ex-convict who is released from prison and becomes involved in a car-theft ring run by a gangster named Tony Locarno. Slip and his gang devise a plan to expose the mobster and clear Jimmy's name.
