The poster depicts a figure in a green suit breathing fire while holding two pads to its chest. The French text on the poster translates to: "Le Thermogène generates heat and fights: coughs, rheumatism, side stitches". The product itself was a medicated wadding or poultice designed to generate heat to treat these ailments.
