Horror Of Dracula

After French 1 panel, Le Cauchemar de Dracula is the French title for the 1958 British horror film Horror of Dracula. The film was directed by Terence Fisher and stars Christopher Lee as Count Dracula and Peter Cushing as Doctor Van Helsing. This film was the first in a series of Hammer Horror films and is a loose adaptation of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel, Dracula. The film is notable for being the first color vampire movie to show blood, fangs, and the wounds from a vampire's bite. It was retitled "Horror of Dracula" in the United States to avoid confusion with the 1931 film Dracula starring Bela Lugosi.
