One sheet, Edward Stiefel's Klosters Poster
is an authentic vintage travel poster created in 1926 by Swiss artist Eduard "Edward" Stiefel (1875-1968). The poster is a well-known example of Art Deco design and promotes Klosters, a resort town in Switzerland.
The poster depicts summer recreational activities, including tennis, swimming, and boating, against a backdrop of the Swiss Alps. It was printed by Gebr. Fretz in Zurich. Original versions are considered rare and highly collectible. |
