Ski In Chile

Mounted One sheet, Panagra was an airline that operated from 1928 to 1967, and this is a vintage poster advertising its "Ski in Chile" destination. The poster is believed to be from the late 1950s or early 1960s. About the airline: Pan American-Grace Airways, or Panagra, was a joint venture between Pan American World Airways and W.R. Grace and Company, a shipping company. It was known as "The World's Friendliest Airline" and focused on connecting the U.S. East Coast with the west coast of South America. The airline ceased operations in 1967 when it merged with Braniff International Airways.
