Mounted Mexican One sheet Las Tres Alegres Comadres" is a 1952 Mexican musical comedy film. The movie was directed by Tito Davison and stars Amalia Aguilar, Lilia Prado, and Lilia del Valle. The plot follows three young women who fail to succeed in show business in Mexico City and decide to form a trio to sing and dance while traveling the country. A sequel to the film, "My Three Merry Widows" (Spanish: "Mis tres viudas alegres"), was released in 1953, where Lilia Prado was replaced by Silvia Pinal. The poster for the film was created by the Mexican caricaturist and illustrator, Ernesto GarcĂ­a Cabral.
