Print, The Disneyland Mountains of the Anaheim Range
is a limited-edition lithograph that was sold in the summer of 1999. The print depicts four of Disneyland's iconic "mountain" attractions: Matterhorn Bobsleds, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and Splash Mountain. The artwork is a collectible item that was created by John Horny and signed by ten Disney Imagineers.
The mountains shown in the lithograph have been staples of Disneyland for years:
Matterhorn Bobsleds: The first roller coaster of its kind, it opened in 1959.
Space Mountain: An indoor, dark roller coaster, a fan favorite at the park.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: A thrilling ride through the "wildest ride in the wilderness," which opened on September 2, 1979.
Splash Mountain: The attraction opened in 1989 and was re-themed to Tiana's Bayou Adventure in 2024. |
