The poster was designed by Wes Wilson, a well-known artist from the psychedelic poster scene. The poster is identified in the Bill Graham series as "BG-38". The original poster was printed on several different paper stocks and subsequent reprintings also exist. The original printings can be difficult to distinguish, but they lack a faint horizontal line in the upper left part of the "T" in "Lothar" that is present in reprints. |
