Artists: The poster was designed by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley.
Artwork: The central image, often nicknamed "Tree House," features a bird's talon holding a house. This design was inspired by an illustration from a 19th-century edition of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam.
Versions: The original pre-concert poster (first printing) was printed on vellum and measures approximately 14 by 20 inches. The second printing of the poster can be identified by the "No. 24-2" notation in the lower right corner, and a black Family Dog logo. |
