Company History: The Mazoyer concern began as a motocross racing team in Paris. René Mazoyer built 500cc motorcycles between 1951 and 1953.
The 500 Sport: The advertisement promotes the new 500 cc sport model, highlighting its "vitesse, confort, souplesse, sécurité" which translates to "speed, comfort, flexibility, safety".
Rarity: Only a very limited number of Mazoyer bikes were ever produced, with some reports suggesting as few as five of the fully French road bikes were built. |
