20 x 30 colour lithograph poster titled
"A Paddy Field in Burmah" by the prominent Burmese artist Ba Nyan. It was commissioned by the UK's Empire Marketing Board (EMB) in 1928 as part of a series promoting colonial trade and agricultural production.

Artist: Ba Nyan (U Ba Nyan) (1897–1945), a pioneer of modern Burmese painting who blended Western oil painting techniques with traditional Burmese themes.
