Artist: Roger Kastel.
Inspiration: George Lucas requested a "romantic feel" for the poster, and Kastel drew inspiration from Howard Terpning's 1967 re-release poster for Gone with the Wind.
Iconic Status: Along with the Jaws poster, this is considered one of Kastel's most well-known and influential works in movie poster illustration.
