We would like to apprise You of the fact that when scrutinized your St. Moritz Piz Nair Poster, our artist(s) specialist determined that it is not an original lithograph vintage poster from the 1950s, or even a Vintage Poster.
We unfortunately must share that when viewed under magnification- You can see dot matrix ink dots- a process that is relatively new and one that replaced lithography in the 80s & 90s.
It therefore is our determination that it’s a copy of an original vintage poster.
We are sorry to share this bad news with You- and recommend that you not pursue any restorative work- given its status as a reproduction and lack of value as a collector poster.
