Plot Summary
The story revolves around a bumbling, eccentric electrician named Bartolo (Clavillazo), who accidentally launches a rocket belonging to an irascible scientist. Bartolo and the scientist's daughter, who is also on board, inadvertently travel to the Moon. There, they discover an underground civilization of four-armed, fish-like alien inhabitants who are ruled by a disembodied "Great Brain of Mars" housed in a box.
