Out in Front

Out in Front - After (Poster) Attraction size, Boat Racing, Event, advertising, inspirational vintage motivational poster titled "Out In Front", created by artist Frank Mather Beatty in 1929. It was part of a series of work incentive posters produced by the Mather & Company printing house in Chicago during the 1920s. The poster features two speedboats racing across the water and includes the motivational text: "Out in front / Trailers lose what leaders win / TO GET AHEAD, BE AHEAD!". These posters were widely displayed in offices and factories to boost worker morale, productivity, and loyalty.
