Plot Summary
The story centers on a circus troupe led by Rainey and the star performer, Kit Denton, played by Bob Steele. They arrive in a new town where they face hostility because Kit's father, Dad Denton (George 'Gabby' Hayes), is supposedly wanted for a past murder in that town. To avoid detection, Dad only appears in public wearing his clown makeup. When his old enemy, Chris McDonald, spots him without his disguise, he plots to murder Dad during a high-wire act.
