Half sheet The Long Dark Hall

Synopsis
Arthur Groome (Rex Harrison), a married London businessman, is having an affair with a showgirl named Rose. One night, he finds her stabbed to death in her flat but flees the scene in a panic to hide his infidelity from his wife, Mary (Lilli Palmer). Circumstantial evidence, including his presence at the scene and lies to the police, leads to his arrest and trial for murder. Throughout the trial, his loyal wife stands by him, while the real killer, a man who believes he is an "instrument of justice" against "immoral" women, befriends her.
