Designed by pop artist Peter Blake and Jann Haworth, this cardstock insert was meant to be cut out by fans and includes several pieces of memorabilia:
Sgt. Pepper Portrait: A picture card of the fictional Sergeant.
Moustache: A wearable paper moustache.
Rank Stripes: Two sets of sergeant's stripes.
Badges: Two circular badges, one featuring the album's logo and the other a portrait of Sgt. Pepper.
Stand-up: A group cut-out of the four Beatles in their colorful "Sgt. Pepper" uniforms.
These inserts are highly collectible today, especially when found in their original, uncut condition. |
