Fine art by Salvador Dali Euterpe is a print by the surrealist artist Salvador Dalí from 1971. It is part of a suite of artworks called Les Muses (The Muses). The artworks in this series are inspired by the Muses of Greek mythology. Euterpe is a drypoint etching with hand-coloring in watercolor and golden highlights. Euterpe was the Greek muse of music and lyric poetry, and she is often depicted holding a flute. |
