Alternate Version: Struzan originally created two versions for this film. One is the familiar "nighttime" version with Clara Clayton (Mary Steenburgen), and an unused "daytime" version featuring just Doc and Marty in a desert setting. Cast Posing: To get the references for this art, director Robert Zemeckis flew Struzan to Northern California for a photo session where Michael J.
