Disneyland Attraction, Nature's Wonderland
was a former attraction in Disneyland's Frontierland. The poster depicts the "Mine Train Thru Rainbow Caverns" ride, which was an expansion of the original "Rainbow Caverns Mine Train" attraction. The ride, which ran from 1960 to 1977, took guests on a scenic journey through a simulated American wilderness with Audio-Animatronic animals and various landscapes, including Beaver Valley, Bear Country, Olympic Elk, the Living Desert, and Rainbow Caverns. The attraction was replaced by Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, which opened in 1979 |
