Movie Overview
Plot: The story follows Lt. Colonel Glenn Manning, who survived a fall from the Hoover Dam in the previous film but emerged horribly disfigured and mindless. After raiding food trucks in Mexico, he is captured and brought to Los Angeles, where he eventually escapes and goes on a destructive rampage.
