This is an original 1968 psychedelic concert poster (designated as AOR 2.249 in the Art of Rock reference book). It documents a legendary and uneasy cultural intersection between the San Francisco counterculture rock scene and the outlaw biker gang.Event Details Hosts: The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.Headliner: Big Brother and the Holding Company, fronted by Janis Joplin.Supporting Acts: The Youngbloods and Rejoice.Date & Venue: Wednesday, May 15, 1968, at the historic Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco (which later became Bill Graham's Fillmore West). Visuals & Production: The poster features a striking illustration of a skeleton riding a chopper directly toward the viewer, with psychedelic lighting for the show provided by the Brotherhood of Light.Admission: Just one dollar per head (strictly no minors).

PM-LAPG certifies that any individual so named is qualified to the same extent as PM to perform the task. PM-LAPG has not authorized anyone to make a change to any item in this evaluation report, therefore, any change made to this evaluation is unauthorized and PM-LAPG will not take responsibility for it.
