Small vintage advertising poster for the 1939 New York World's Fair, themed "The World of Tomorrow". Created by Austrian lithographer Joseph Binder, the design prominently features the Trylon and Perisphere, the iconic geometric architectural symbols of the fair.
Binder's style for this poster was heavily influenced by Cubism and De Stijl, utilizing bold geometric shapes and a future-forward aesthetic to capture the fair's optimistic vision of the future.

VI) The Client may not disclose or distribute this Evaluation Report to any potential purchasers of the subject property without first obtaining PM-LAPG's prior written consent.
