One Sheet Maurice A Miles 1934, vintage London Underground poster titled Kew Gardens, created by artist Maurice A. Miles in 1934. The poster is a color lithograph and features a stylized, cubist-influenced image of tropical plants and a large white flower, likely a calla lily, set within a greenhouse environment. The poster was printed by The Baynard Press. The London Transport Museum holds a copy of this poster in its collection.
Maurice A. Miles is known to have designed at least two posters for the London Underground, the other being titled "For the Zoo". The "Kew Gardens" poster has been sold at auction, with prices realized in the thousands of pounds.
