Plot Summary
The serial, which consists of 12 chapters, follows security agent Larry Martin, who uses an experimental rocket suit to investigate a Martian spaceship visiting Earth. The Martian invaders, led by Marex (Lane Bradford) and Narab (Leonard Nimoy), conspire with a traitorous Earth scientist to build an H-bomb. Their plan is to detonate the bomb to knock Earth out of its orbit, allowing Mars to take its place closer to the sun. Larry Martin and his associates must stop the Martians before they can carry out their plan.
Despite the title, the film does not feature zombies; the term is used to refer to the humanoid Martian aliens. A young Leonard Nimoy, who would later become famous as Mr. Spock, has one of his first screen roles as the Martian assistant Narab
