One sheet previously backed vintage travel poster for Stockholm, Sweden, was created in the Art Deco style in 1936. The artwork, designed by the Swedish artist Iwar Donnér, features the iconic Stockholm City Hall (Stockholms Stadshus) prominently in the foreground.
The poster presents a picturesque view of the old city and the bustling harbor, with the magnificent red-brick city hall towering over the scene. The Stockholm City Hall, completed in 1923, is famous as the venue for the Nobel Prize banquet and is a major tourist attraction.
