Keep Em Rolling
One sheet
World War II propaganda poster titled "Keep 'Em Rolling!", created by the artist Leo Lionni in 1941.
Poster Details

Artist: Leo Lionni (1910-1999), a Dutch-born artist and designer.
Year: 1941.
Purpose: The poster was part of a series for the U.S. government's Division of Information, Office for Emergency Management, designed to boost production for the war effort on the home front.
Imagery: The design uses black-and-white photographs superimposed on a U.S. flag motif. The blue field features a photo of men in welding masks (shipbuilders), while the red and white stripes show multiple images of U.S. Navy PT (Patrol Torpedo) boats speeding across the water.
Variations: Lionni designed a set of four posters using the "Keep 'Em Rolling!" slogan, each featuring different wartime production subjects like planes, tanks, or artillery.
