Stage Name: Howard Thurston, a leading magician of the era, hired Jansen in 1922 and gave him the stage name "Dante".
Show: Dante toured the world with his elaborate stage show, which featured grand illusions like "Sawing a Woman in Half" and "The Un-Sevilled Barber".
