About Fritz J. Raddatz
Fritz J. Raddatz (1931-2015) was an influential German literary critic, essayist, biographer, and novelist.
He worked as the chief editor and deputy publishing manager at the Rowohlt Verlag from 1960 to 1969.
Later, he became the feuilleton (arts and culture section) editor-in-chief for the weekly newspaper Die Zeit from 1976 to 1985.
He authored numerous books, including biographies and volumes of diaries, which were published by Rowohlt, among other publishers.
