One sheet vintage travel poster for the airline Flugfélag Íslands, which is also known internationally as Iceland Airways. This rare poster was designed by the artist Kai Rich in 1955 to promote the airline's routes.

Airline History: Flugfélag Íslands was founded in 1937 and adopted the trade name Iceland Airways for international routes. In 1973, it merged with another Icelandic airline, Loftleiðir, to form the company that is known today as Icelandair.
Artist: The artwork was created by the Danish artist Kai Rich (1910-1981).
Design & Routes: The poster features an illustrative design that includes an outline of a hand holding iconic landmarks, such as Big Ben in London and the Copenhagen City Hall tower. A ribbon motif highlights the routes: Reykjavik, Copenhagen, Oslo, Prestwick, and London.
