1968 Beatles film Yellow Submarine. It was originally included as an insert with the Gold Key "Yellow Submarine" comic book released that same year.
The artwork was designed by the film’s art director, Heinz Edelmann, and features the "Fab Four" alongside several of the movie's surreal antagonists.
