Ce Soir Dan Le Train
One sheet iconic vintage travel poster was created by the artist Roland Hugon in 1947 (though some sources date the original design as early as 1938) for the SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français), France's national railway company. The artwork, titled "Ce Soir Dans Le Train... Demain Matin Côte d’Azur" (Tonight on the train... tomorrow morning the French Riviera), captures the allure of the overnight "Blue Train" service from Paris to the coast. It features a unique perspective looking out of a train window—complete with its distinct Art Deco frame—to reveal a sun-drenched view of sailboats in a harbor, likely representing Saint-Tropez or Villefranche-sur-Mer

PM-LAPG certifies that any individual so named is qualified to the same extent as PM to perform the task. PM-LAPG has not authorized anyone to make a change to any item in this evaluation report, therefore, any change made to this evaluation is unauthorized and PM-LAPG will not take responsibility for it.
VI) The Client may not disclose or distribute this Evaluation Report to any potential purchasers of the subject property without first obtaining PM-LAPG's prior written consent.
