Restaurant Scene
Mai Kai Restaurant early-stage site plan for a hospitality project, likely a resort or high-end restaurant with an extensive outdoor experience. It’s labeled "Scheme #1," suggesting it's one of several conceptual layouts.
Here’s a breakdown of the key elements visible in the sketch:
Core Layout Features
The Main Anchor: A large Restaurant building sits on the left, serving as the primary indoor space.
The Bridge: A "Wood Half Timber Bridge" acts as the transition point, leading guests from the main building into the landscaped "lagoon" area.
Water Elements: The design is centered around a winding Lagoon that includes:
Cascades (waterfalls) for sound and visual interest.
A dedicated Hot Pool area.
Structures & Amenities: Small Cabanas and a central "Shrine" or vertical focal point are scattered throughout the greenery. There's also a large deck or pavilion structure integrated into the lagoon's edge.
Landscaping: The plan specifically calls for Bamboo and dense tree clusters to create a private, lush atmosphere.
The overall style feels very much like a "tropical modern" or Zen-inspired retreat, focusing on the flow between indoor dining and a naturalistic outdoor environment.
