Plot Summary
Elvis Presley plays the character Rick Richards, an ex-airline pilot who returns to Hawaii and starts a charter helicopter service with his friend Danny Kohana (James Shigeta). Rick's womanizing ways and reckless flying get him in trouble with the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), leading to a temporary suspension of his license. When Danny and his daughter become stranded on a remote island after a crash, Rick must risk his future to rescue them.
