Previous Interventions:
Card has eight (8) pin holes in the border. The corners are slightly rounded. The right border has a dark stain at top and an orange colored stain at the bottom. Frankenstein's forehead and immediately to the left are slightly discolored. The blue panel at top right has color loss probably due to moisture damage. The black under the "NKE" of Frankenstein has black marker restoration, directly under this marker in the border is a paper thinness probably due to tape removal. The image has some surface abrasions.
The reverse has four (4) patches of a reddish-orange colored paper and adhesive. The verso surface is slightly dirty due to age and handling.

| Lobby card was soaked and cleaned using water and a gentle surfactant. During the washing process the black marker on the front migrated into the white lettering. On the verso, the adhesive paper and residue on the was removed. Thin Japanese tissue was secured to areas of delamination. A liquid gelatin was applied to rehydrate and restore flexibility. Card dried flat for 24 hours. Restoration was performed to the right border and within the image with colored pencil and watercolor. Silkscreen tag was added to verso. |
