There are some creases and abrasions in the image of the card, notably in the red cheek.
The entire paper color border has been airbrushed and the information at bottom appears to have been enhanced with black.
Airbrushing also appears in the upper grey, and in the title (Dr., and, M, H).
Some other letters have been detailed with pencil.

PM-LAPG certifies that any individual so named is qualified to the same extent as PM to perform the task.
