Here we see the edge under the microscope. We can clearly see the two distinct layers of dissimilar paper. In this image the layer on the bottom is the remains of an authentic lobby card of lesser value and on top is the layer of modern coated bond paper.

Here we see a microscope image taken from the "O" in "OLD" as it appears in the title. The blue line has been added by the restorer. The background in this image clearly shows the ink jet patterns.

Here an image taken from the top-center graphic where there is a line of "paper-color" adjacent to the yellow-orange background. Here where we should see naked paper we see instead the patterns made by an ink jet printer.

Here an image taken from the upper right corner where we can again clearly see the patterns created by an ink jet printer.

Here an image taken from the woman's eye. In the white of the eye we can clearly see the ink jet patterns.

Here an image taken in the yellow background area to the left of the man's head as it appears on the poster. We can clearly see the ink jet patterns running vertically through this image.

Conclusion

THIS CARD WAS NOT PRODUCED BY POSTER MOUNTAIN INC. This is a reproduction of an authentic lobby card made with a digital ink-jet printer. This is a reproduction of an original poster which has been painstakingly made to look, and feel like the original. It is a color copy which has been mounted to the paper from a real lobby card (which has been sanded thin so as to better disguise the forgery) and a very significant amount of restorative media which is not uncommon on original lobby cards has been added to further increase this effect.

If it has relied on significant evaluation assistance from any individual or individuals in the performance of this evaluation or the appropriation of this evaluation report, PM-LAPG has named such individuals and disclosed the specific task performed in this evaluation report. PM-LAPG certifies that any individual so named is qualified to the same extent as PM to perform the task. PM-LAPG has not authorized anyone to make a change to any item in this evaluation report, therefore, any change made to this evaluation is unauthorized and PM-LAPG will not take responsibility for it.
VI) The Client may not disclose or distribute this Evaluation Report to any potential purchasers of the subject property without first obtaining PM-LAPG's prior written consent. This consent must be obtained before this evaluation report may be disclosed or distributed to any other party, including, but not limited to, the public through advertising, public relations, news, sales, or other media.
