11) Project Completed
1) The poster "panel" as received, following mounting. Only the lower 2/3's is present, the entire upper section is completely missing.
2) Similar, vintage paper has been added to replace the missing paper, and the black background has been painted with airbrush.
3) The red has been painted with airbrush.
4) The blue inner border has been painted with airbrush.
5) The border has been painted with airbrush.
6) HIGH RES SCAN OF THE MISSING IMAGERY, THE COLOR HAS BEEN REMOVED AND THE IMAGE HAS BEEN CLEANED UP IN PHOTOSHOP IN ORDER TO CREATE A FULL SCALE TRANSPARENCY.
7) The silk screen has been created and is ready to print.

Procedures
POSTER WAS MOUNTED TO LINEN. MISSING PAPER WAS REPLACED. USING AN IDENTICAL POSTER AS REFERENCE, A HIGH RESOLUTION SCAN WAS MADE OF THE MISSING AREAS OF THE POSTER. THIS SCAN WAS THEN TRANSFERRED TO A SILK SCREEN.MISSING COLOR WAS PAINTED IN USING AIRBRUSH AND THEN THE TOP OF THE POSTER WAS SILK SCREENED ON TOP OF THE PAINTED AREAS. DETAILS WERE ADDED USING COLORED PENCIL.

If it has relied on significant evaluation assistance from any individual or individuals in the performance of this evaluation or the appropriation of this evaluation report, PM-LAPG has named such individuals and disclosed the specific task performed in this evaluation report. PM-LAPG certifies that any individual so named is qualified to the same extent as PM to perform the task. PM-LAPG has not authorized anyone to make a change to any item in this evaluation report, therefore, any change made to this evaluation is unauthorized and PM-LAPG will not take responsibility for it.
VI) The Client may not disclose or distribute this Evaluation Report to any potential purchasers of the subject property without first obtaining PM-LAPG's prior written consent. This consent must be obtained before this evaluation report may be disclosed or distributed to any other party, including, but not limited to, the public through advertising, public relations, news, sales, or other media.
